Azul Linhas Aéreas informs this Friday, September 30, that it is continuing its plan to expand international flights with the start of ticket sales for its newest route, which will connect the cities of Foz do Iguaçu, in Paraná. , and Montevideo, Uruguay.
The flights start operating from December 20 this year in both directions, with a frequency of two weekly departures, on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
On Tuesdays, flight AD-8784 will depart Foz do Iguaçu at 1:35 pm, arriving in the Uruguayan city at 3:35 pm. On Saturdays, the same flight takes off at 12:55 pm from the Paraná airport and arrives in Montevideo at 2:55 pm.
In the opposite direction, flight AD-8783 takes off on Tuesdays from Montevideo at 4:35 pm, landing in Foz do Iguaçu at 6:35 pm. On Saturdays, the same flight takes off at 3:55 pm, arriving in Foz do Iguaçu at 5:55 pm.

Located on the banks of the Rio de la Plata, the capital of Uruguay is known for its important historical monuments, such as Plaza de la Independencia, Palacio Salvo, Teatro Solis and the famous Mercado del Puerto, where the main restaurants and local gastronomy products are located.
Customers who disembark in Foz do Iguaçu will be able to enjoy one of the most sought after Brazilian destinations by foreigners, as the city is home to one of the seven natural wonders of the world: the Iguaçu Falls.
